We used the drop off service and choose the 48-hour option, which has the lowest rate. You can also choose same-day or 24-hour service. We were happy with the service we received. It's bright and pretty. There are tables and chairs. When we dropped off our laundry on a Thursday it wasn't very busy, but when we picked up on Saturday afternoon it seemed quite busy.

This is the cleanest and nicest laundromat I have ever been to. The staff is very helpful and kind, and “Sylvia” was especially patient and kind with me. It was my first time there, and I will definitely go back again. This is 5 Stars for Festiva Laundry!!! Many thanks for a great experience!

I used the 24 hour drop off service. It was the best way for me to get all my clothes washed in one go. Everything came back clean, folded and unscented just like I asked.

I have been to Festiva for about 9 months now, staff is very friendly, I always am greeted with a friendly smile from employee who I now know her name, Sylvia, she is always very welcoming. The Laundromat is always clean or I always see someone cleaning throughout the day. Prices are VERY reasonable, they also have a kid section, tv's and vending machines. There are tables and chairs set up if you need to eat, get work done or just read. They also have laundry soap, softener, dryer sheet and clorox available if you run out or happen to forget it at home. Laundry bags are also available for purchase Thank you to Sylvia and co workers for making this a friendly and welcoming, might I add, clean environment 😊

Love that you can load a card to pay for services. Much more convenient than coins. Bright cheery place with plenty of seating and vending machines. Friendly people do their laundry here.

This has to be the best laundry mat I have ever been to! I have three kids so the kid area was such a blessing. They have a little play kitchen and a variety of books and a tv to keep them plenty occupied. It was kept clean and stocked the staff greeted us the moment we came in the building. I definitely will be coming back.

Very clean, efficient, and welcoming! A very colorful environment, which surprised me at first, but it’s a nice looking place! The kids area is a nice touch, and the workers were so kind and helpful. Especially Sylvia and Priscilla, they answered all my questions and were so sweet in helping me wash my clothes😊 hands down the best workers there! They were very fast Definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs to wash their laundry
